Nestled in the heart of the Černická obora nature reserve, founded by Peter Vok of Rosenberg in 1586, the Bechyně Golf Course is a true gem just 7 km from the historic town of Bechyně. Set in a rectangular meadow surrounded by towering trees, five of the nine holes are beautifully laid out amidst this natural wonder. The centuries-old broadleaf trees don’t just provide stunning scenery—they also challenge your strategy with every shot, making you wonder, “Can I clear these giants?”

Our course offers two unique forest holes where precision is key—anything off the fairway often means a lost ball. The setting, especially at sunset, exudes an aristocratic charm that makes your game even more memorable. The yeoman’s fortress, home to our clubhouse and restaurant, along with the nearby baroque chateau, adds to the overall atmosphere, creating a truly special place to play.

The meadow holes are straightforward and open, but don’t be fooled—trees and hidden water hazards are always in play, requiring thoughtful strokes. The forest holes twist and turn, demanding accuracy and patience. While the course presents challenges, it’s accessible to players of all levels, with the central meadow offering a perfect space for beginners to enjoy their game.
