Die Umgebung von Nová Bystřice liegt in der malerischen Landschaft Südböhmens mit ihren umfangreichen Waldkomplexen, zahlreichen Teichen und felsigen Hecken mit großen Granitsteinen. Nicht nur wegen des Naturcharakters der Landschaft, sondern auch für das etwas rauere Klima wird dieses Gebiet Böhmisches Kanada genannt. Hier herrscht die Stille – nur Sie, Golf und die Natur schaffen eine herrliche Kulisse für einen angenehm verbrachten Tag, umgeben von Wäldern und kleinen Teichen. Der Platz ist angenehm, nicht sehr anstrengend, eher ist hier ein taktisches Spiel gefragt. Jedes Loch ist anders und so erlebt man hier eine eigene Golfgeschichte mit 18 Kapiteln. Das GolfResort Monachus bietet alles, was man von einem Golfareal nur erwarten kann. Ein Bestandteil des Resorts ist ebenfalls das geräumige Clubhaus mit Restaurant, Terrasse, Rezeption, Pro Shop und sonstiger Ausstattung. Selbstverständlichkeit sind Driving Range, Putting und Chipping Green, wo Spieler mit bezahltem Green Fee völlig kostenlos vor dem Spiel üben können.

Monachus Golf Resort

The surroundings of Nová Bystřice lie in the picturesque landscape of South Bohemia with its extensive forest complexes, numerous ponds and rocky hedges with large granite boulders. This area is called Bohemian Canada not only because of the natural character of the landscape, but also because of the somewhat harsher climate. Silence reigns here – only you, golf and nature create a marvellous setting for a pleasantly spent day surrounded by forests and small ponds. The course is pleasant, not very demanding, rather a tactical game is required here. Every hole is different and so you experience a golf story of its own with 18 chapters. The GolfResort Monachus offers everything you could expect from a golf resort. Part of the resort is also the spacious clubhouse with restaurant, terrace, reception, pro shop and other facilities. Driving range, putting and chipping green are a matter of course, where players with a paid green fee can practise before the game completely free of charge.
