What FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL offers
FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL provides access through an app to digital vouchers for green fees, hotel stays, and selected special deals in several European countries.
By purchasing access to the FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL app, you can use the vouchers available in the app in accordance with the respective conditions.
The respective services – such as golf rounds, overnight stays, or special deals – are provided directly by the respective golf club, hotel, or partner business.
How the vouchers work
All vouchers are available exclusively in digital form within the FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL app.
Redemption takes place by activating the voucher in the app and presenting the QR code to the respective partner business.
Redemption is only possible after prior reservation. When making the reservation, you must explicitly indicate that you intend to use a FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL voucher.
Reservations, as well as changes or cancellations, are subject to the conditions of the respective golf club, hotel, or partner business.
The vouchers
In addition, the notes and conditions listed in the respective entry of the golf club, hotel, or special deal provider apply.
A FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL customer is defined as the person who has an active user account in the FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL app, activates the voucher themselves, and is personally present at the time of redemption.
2-for-1 Green Fee Vouchers
A green fee voucher is valid for two persons and allows two green fees for the price of one regular green fee for 18 holes.
The regular green fee price will be charged without additional discounts.
Both players must be members of an official golf club and present a valid membership card. The vouchers are not valid for tournaments.
2-for-1 Hotel Vouchers
A hotel voucher is valid for two persons for one overnight stay including breakfast in a double room at half the regular room rate of the respective season.
In principle, the voucher is intended for one night unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
One room is provided per reservation. Bookings via external online booking platforms are excluded.
Special Deals
Special deals are additional offers provided by partner businesses.
A special deal voucher is valid exclusively for FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL customers and one accompanying person and entitles them to use the respective service described.
If the offer within a special deal concerns a hotel, the reservation only becomes binding after written confirmation by the respective business.
Bookings via external online booking platforms are excluded.
Our role and that of our partners
FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL provides the app and the digital vouchers.
The respective service is provided independently by the relevant golf club, hotel, or special deal provider.
The respective business is responsible for prices, content, availability, and the execution of the service.
FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL is liable within the framework of legal provisions for the technical provision of the app, but not for the execution of the services on site.
Changes, errors, as well as printing and typographical mistakes are reserved.
Data Protection
FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL processes personal data within the scope of the use of the app in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Details can be found in the privacy policy on the website and within the app.
If required for making a reservation or executing a special deal, relevant data may be transmitted to the respective golf club, hotel, or special deal provider. The respective business is responsible for further data processing.
Right of Withdrawal and Legal Information
For online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Since access to the FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL app is activated immediately after purchase and digital content is provided, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely once use has begun.
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction – insofar as legally permissible – is the competent court at the registered office of FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL.
