Medieval castles, Romanesque churches, Etruscan archaeological sites and ancient monasteries such as Camaldoli and La Verna are nestled in an unspoilt Tuscan landscape, which was declared a national park in 1991. The course is embedded in this extraordinary ‘green heart of Tuscany’ and leads all the way to the Club House, which is situated on large terraces surrounded by oak and chestnut groves. The current 13 holes all have interesting elements and must be played with care. Technique and precision are preferable to special qualities of strength. The natural obstacles and the nature of the course require the player to use all the clubs in the bag most of the time in order to master the course. The player must use all the sticks in the bag available to him as well as all the shots in his repertoire. After the round, the ‘La Quolina’ restaurant also caters for your physical well-being with traditional Italian dishes and wines
