How do I get a discount on the green fee?
Simply activate the voucher in the app or on fairway2hotel.at on the day of your visit, show it to staff, and pay only the discounted green fee. Either enjoy a 2-for-1 offer for two people or get up to 50 per cent off when playing alone at many partner clubs. You purchase access once, and it’s valid until 31 December. This is not a subscription.
Is the green fee discount also available to individual players?
Yes, at many partner clubs. If you’re playing on your own, you can get up to 50 per cent off the green fee there. The app shows you which clubs these are using a dedicated filter.
What do I need to do to claim the discount?
Your mobile phone with the app or an internet connection, so that you can show your voucher on fairway2hotel.at. You should only activate the voucher on the day of play.
We’re right in the middle of the season. Is the Fairway 2 Hotel access still worth it at this stage?
The purchase price pays for itself from as early as the second round – after that, you’ll be saving money.
Fairway 2 Hotel remains an attractive option in autumn too: many partner clubs in Italy and Spain are still open, some even in winter.
On top of that, there are 2-for-1 hotel vouchers and hotel deals – for short breaks, golf weekends or relaxing spa days, even outside the golf season.
Does my partner have to buy their own account as well?
No. One Fairway 2 Hotel pass is valid for two people. You play as a pair and pay just one green fee. With some other providers, each person needs their own card, but not with us.
I’m not very tech-savvy. Will I be able to get to grips with the app?
Absolutely. We know that our previous app was actually a bit of a faff – that’s why we’ve completely rebuilt it from scratch. The new app is so simple that you can get to your voucher in just three clicks. No need to print it out or carry it around – it even works without an internet connection. I used to prefer the book. Why an app now?
We understand that perfectly. The book had its charm, and we know that many of you loved it. But let’s be honest: have you ever forgotten one, misplaced it or left it out in the rain? With the Fairway 2 Hotel Caddy, you’ll always have everything to hand on your mobile. You can see straight away on the map which course is available on your chosen day and which hotels are nearby. And when new partners join, they’re added to the app straight away – no need for a reprint. Everything you loved about the book is still there. It’s just simpler, more flexible and always at your fingertips.
Can I only play on certain days?
No! Each partner club sets its own opening days – and most are also open at the weekend. In the app, you can see straight away which clubs are open to you on which days. Just filter by your preferred day, and you’re sorted.
Can the four of us play too?
Yes! Simply redeem two vouchers for the same golf club on the same day. That way, four people can play and only pay for two green fees. Perfect for a day’s golf with friends.
What should I do if I have problems with the app?

Can I give Fairway 2 Hotel access as a gift?
Yes, and it’s one of the best gifts for golf enthusiasts. They’ll receive an access code by email or an elegant gift card by post. The recipient simply redeems the code and immediately has all the vouchers on their mobile.
How do the 2-for-1 vouchers work?
Two people can take advantage of this offer, but payment is only required for one person.
One person pays the standard green fee or accommodation charge; the second person plays or stays for free.
What is Family Sharing?
With Family Sharing, a single account can be used by two people.
Both people log in using the same email address and password.
All vouchers included in this account are available to both users.
Can I buy more than one account?
Yes.
You can purchase additional access – and therefore vouchers – for yourself by clicking ‘Buy now’ on the website or, in the app, under ‘Home’ by selecting ‘Buy access’, provided you are logged in with your email address and password.
With each additional account, you’ll receive the same number of vouchers again.
Your benefits multiply: for example, with 2 accounts, you’ll receive 4 vouchers per golf club and 2 vouchers per hotel.
What are Special Deals?
Special Deals are optional special offers for our customers and are not part of the 2-for-1 vouchers.
Can vouchers be combined with other discounts?
