Out-of-court dispute resolution
Information pursuant to Section 19(3) of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (AStG)
Pursuant to Section 19(3) of the AStG, if we are unable to reach an agreement with the consumer in a dispute, we must inform the consumer, in writing or on another durable medium (e.g. email), of the competent body for alternative dispute resolution, hereinafter referred to as the ADR body, .

Arbitration for Consumer Transactions (https://www.verbraucherschlichtung.at/)
We will not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body within the meaning of the AStG and are not obliged to do so.

Consumers have the option of submitting complaints to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
