Right of withdrawal for digital FAIRWAY-2-HOTEL access

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. The access code is used to activate digital FAIRWAY-2-HOTEL access. The mere sending or activation of the code does not affect your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below; however, this is not mandatory.

You may also withdraw from the contract using the ‘Withdraw from purchase’ function on our website. If you use this function, we will confirm receipt of your notice immediately by email.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the end of the fourteen-day period.

Refund requests for purchases made via Apple or Google Play

If you purchased access via the Apple App Store, you can request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple will process the request in accordance with its procedures.

If you purchased via Google Play, you can request a refund via Google Play within 48 hours of purchase. Once this period has expired, Google will refer you to the developer. You can then contact FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL.

These procedures relate to refund requests made via the respective store. The statutory right of withdrawal for digital access is generally fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

Consequences of withdrawal for digital access

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. We will not charge you any fees for the refund.

If you have expressly requested that we provide digital access whilst the withdrawal period is still in force, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the services provided up to that point should you withdraw. Following withdrawal, you must not continue to use the digital access or make it available to others. The right of withdrawal only expires once the service has been fully provided, and only if you have expressly consented to the service commencing early and confirmed that you thereby forfeit your right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal for a printed ticket or other goods

If you have purchased a printed map or other goods, you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you, received the goods.

To give notice of withdrawal, please use the contact details provided above. You may also use the model withdrawal form for this purpose. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the end of the fourteen-day period.

Following your cancellation, you must return the goods to us without delay and at the latest within fourteen days:

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have posted them – whichever occurs first. You will only be liable for any loss in value if this was caused by handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
