To help you make the most of FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL for rounds of golf, overnight stays and special deals, you’ll find the key information here.
What FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL offers
FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL gives you access, via an app, to digital vouchers for green fees, hotel stays and selected special deals in several European countries.
By purchasing access to the FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL app, you can use the vouchers available within the app in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions.
The relevant services – such as rounds of golf, overnight stays or special deals – are provided directly by the respective golf club, hotel or partner establishment.
How the vouchers work
All vouchers are available exclusively in digital form via the FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL app.
To redeem a voucher, you must activate it in the app and present the QR code to the relevant partner business.
Redemption is only possible following a prior booking. You must explicitly state that you are using a FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL voucher at the time of booking.
The terms and conditions of the respective golf club, hotel or partner establishment apply to bookings, as well as to any changes or cancellations.
The vouchers
- are not redeemable for cash
- are non-transferable -
cannot be
combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers In addition, the information and terms and conditions of the relevant golf club, hotel or special deal provider, as set out in the respective listing, apply.
A FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL customer is defined as a person who has an active user account in the FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL app, has activated the voucher themselves and is present in person when redeeming it.
2-for-1 green fee vouchers
A green fee voucher is valid for two people and entitles the holders to two green fees for the price of one standard 18-hole green fee.
The regular green fee price is charged without any further discounts.
Both players must be members of a recognised golf club and present a valid membership card. The vouchers are not valid for tournaments.
2-for-1 hotel vouchers
A hotel voucher is valid for two people for one night’s accommodation with breakfast in a double room at half the standard room rate for the relevant season.
In principle, the voucher is valid for one night, unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer.
One room is allocated per booking. Bookings made via external online booking platforms are not permitted.
Special Deals
Special Deals are additional offers from partner establishments.
A Special Deal voucher is valid for FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL customers and one accompanying person and entitles the holder to the service described in the offer.
In the case of a hotel offer as part of a Special Deal, a booking is only considered binding once it has been confirmed in writing by the relevant establishment.
Bookings made via external online booking platforms are not permitted.
Our role and that of our partners
FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL provides the app and the digital vouchers.
The relevant service is provided independently by the respective golf club, hotel or Special Deal provider.
The respective establishment is responsible for prices, content, availability and the provision of the service.
FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL is liable, within the limits of the law, for the technical provision of the app, but not for the delivery of the services on site.
We reserve the right to make changes and accept no liability for errors, including printing and typesetting errors.
Data Protection
FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL processes personal data in connection with the use of the app in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
Further details can be found in the privacy policy on the website and within the app.
Where necessary to process a booking or a special offer, relevant data may be transferred to the respective golf club, hotel or special offer provider. The respective organisation is responsible for any further processing of this data.
Cancellation and legal notices
When making an online purchase, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
As access to the FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL app is activated immediately after purchase and digital content is made available, the right of withdrawal may lapse prematurely as soon as use begins.
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as permitted by law – the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at the registered office of FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL.
