Corte Finzi is situated just thirteen kilometres from the centre of Parma.

Every detail of this estate, which has existed since the 17th century, is meticulously maintained, and every element is the result of careful work carried out with great passion and respect for the local culture. Nestled amidst the colours and scents of the Parma hills, this rustic house, converted into a cosy bed and breakfast, is the ideal spot for a golfing break.

Just 500 metres from this magnificent estate lies the Golf del Ducato, and within approximately an hour’s drive you can also reach three further Fairway 2 Hotel partner clubs: Terre di Canossa, San Valentino and the Modena Golf & Country Club.

Guests stay in an annexe to the manor house, a small 18th-century country house featuring characteristic rural architecture. The four rooms are furnished with pieces that have always belonged to the family and have been restored to create an intimate and homely atmosphere. The beds are fitted with natural rubber mattresses, the bed linen is made from organically grown cotton and natural linen, and the pillows are made from latex and memory foam.
