Sebastiano, and our maternal great-grandparents with the Locanda ai Fiorentini, right up to us, who inherited the Hotel Rech-Hof Sayonara from our grandfather Ezio Rech.”
No overtourism: here you won’t find the huge crowds that often characterise other tourist destinations, nor long queues to reach the main attractions. Instead, you’ll enjoy a relaxing, bespoke holiday experience free from haste and stress.
For golfers, we offer everything you need, including use of our in-hotel simulator, where you can view all your shot statistics and challenge your friends on a replica of both our Folgaria course and the world’s finest courses. We are 500 metres from the Folgaria Golf Club.
The traditional restaurant
In our traditional restaurant, you can enjoy typical Trentino dishes, as well as national and international cuisine, prepared fresh by Willi and Barbara. Homemade food just like in the old days; the kitchen takes its time, and to fully enjoy the dishes on offer – which change daily – we recommend arriving in the dining room at the start of service.
The half-board menu consists of a choice of four starters, three main courses and a selection of desserts.
