Right of withdrawal for digital FAIRWAY-2-HOTEL access

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. The access code is used to activate digital FAIRWAY-2-HOTEL access. Please see ‘Early expiry of the right of withdrawal’ below for details of the circumstances under which the right of withdrawal expires early.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below; however, this is not mandatory.

You may also withdraw from the contract using the ‘Withdraw from purchase’ function on our website: shop.fairway2hotel.at/vertrag-widerrufen. You will also find this link at the bottom of every page on fairway2hotel.at. If you use this function, we will confirm receipt of your notice immediately by email, stating the content of your notice as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the end of the fourteen-day period.

Refund requests for purchases made via Apple or Google Play

If you purchased access via the Apple App Store, you can request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple will process the request in accordance with its procedures.

If you purchased via Google Play, you can request a refund via Google Play within 48 hours of purchase. Once this period has expired, Google will refer you to the developer. You can then contact FAIRWAY 2 HOTEL.

These procedures relate to refund requests made via the respective store. For the statutory right of withdrawal, please refer to the sections above.

Consequences of withdrawal for digital access

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge you any fees for the refund.

Following withdrawal, you must not continue to use the digital access or make it available to others.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your FAIRWAY-2-HOTEL access is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. The right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have activated your access, if you have previously

- have expressly requested that we activate your access before the end of the withdrawal period,
and- have acknowledged that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal for a printed map or other goods

If you have purchased a printed map or other goods, you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the contact details provided above or the ‘Cancel purchase’ function. You may also use the model withdrawal form. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the end of the fourteen-day period.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. This excludes any additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option. We will use the same payment method for the refund as was used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Following your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without delay and no later than within fourteen days:

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have posted them – whichever occurs first. You will only be liable for any loss in value if this was caused by handling the goods in a way that was not necessary for the purpose of ascertaining their nature, characteristics and functioning.
